yes it is good for your body. any exercise is good for your body. I weight train and light jog. But i find that Yoga is really helpful too…it calms me down and I can do it anywhere (home, school, etc)
I also live in Canada, so if it snowed heavily…i dont want to drive to the gym/jog in -20F/-30C weather
