Try it with the 15lbs and if you absolutely can’t finish the sets then move down to 10lbs, remember its suppose to be difficult but not to the point where you are hurting yourself

I worked out 45 minutes to an hour in the morning and 45 mintutes to an hour after I got home from work, I did that 5 days a week. Sorry it took so long for me to respond back.

When you do these exercises you are losing fat off your body and gaining muscles instead so yes you are losing weight and gaining abs and muscles at the same time.

How would that work? You should only start working out when you’re fully grown anyway, so around 18.
When weightlifting you should always aim for every other day in order to give your muscles a chance to recover.

I have a question: You said to do this exercise twice a week. If I were to work out 5 days a week just running for like 2 miles in 30 minutes…can I do this exercise 5 days a week after my running or would it be too over work?
yeah this is dumb i think if you need to lose a serious amount of weight you need to do more then this.

As far as I know there’re new studies saying exercise at young age don’t affect growth…I can’t say for sure tho…
Anyways light exercise [more than 12 reps] won’t affect growth, as far as I know the older theories were speaking about strength and mass training [3~6 reps]
Cardio exercise in general are good for children…and 15 isn’t that young already…

I have been trying to get an answer to my problem. 10 yrs ago I fell broke my Rt humerus slammed Lt elbow when landing, Permanent nerve damage sympathtic dystrophy syndrome. Flabby arms, VERY painful to lift weights like shown with elbow constantly bent. Have tried. When swimming, I use 2 filled water bottles taped duct tape, pain! I think that I will probably turn to plastic surgery. Any suggestions? of course as I loose weight and keep swimming the flab will tighten up somewhat.
