    Started yesterday, it hurt a lot. Today it hurt less, thank goodness. Still need to work out my arms, because they’ve never been strong. Thanks a lot for the explanation during each exercise : D you rock.

    @Beccafuzzfuzz i have stretch marks on my thighs a bit, but i arent overweight or i have never been either, i’m 13 so obviously i havent had a baby,lol, so why have i got stretchmarks ? =)
