I don’t feel anything happening to my abs. It’s annoying because my upper abs are quite toned and then I have all the fat moving to my lower abs :/ How do I hold in my abs and control my breathing all at once. I am getting very frustrated.
It´s all about how much calories you take in and how many you burn on a day.
I have been running cross country for the past 2 months and my upper 4 abs that i already have are looking better than ever! but my lower abs are still covered by alittle fat, should i start doing High Intensity Cardio or realy start lower ab workouts?

Please Doug… I am trying to loose weight. I run 15 minutes at the TREADMILL alterning to 8km/h, 6,7km/h and 10.2km/h sometimes my heart beats at 160 and 140. And I don’t see any results. I want to loose big part of my fat, stay with 6% of fat at the whole body. What can I do please.
Wow, very nice video. But after using it for awhile I have better definition of my lower abs and what looks like abs on my lower back. I just want to know where my “back-abs” came from and if they are a good sign.
