    how important is the breathing?….because sometimes when I am working out I forget to watch my breathing and I end up breathing in when I sit up, instead of breathing out! oops! thanks for the video!

    This is a great exercise as it’s very advanced. It may take me six months to achieve this level, though.

    i did only 15 reps when i come home because its difficult if you’re a beginner. you can always do more!

    sometimes i do 10 reps in morning–before i eat. not only do you burn more calories before eating, but it helps to wake me up :)
