    she’s fun. i want to df work on my core so I love how I look in jeans and wrap dresses for the summer. I would love to do more pilates I think it seeems interesting.

    @tiramisupoopcake Some moves will require you to be in pilates stance (aka the small crunch) and others you can be all the way down. If your back hurts, simply place your hands in a triangle underneath your tailbone or butt and rest your head. This should help!

    I have been doing your other videos, 6 of the 10 minute videos 4times a week. So far it has been just shy of 2weeks but already I can SO see an improvement! Somehow I managed to miss this one until now. It is HARDCORE! I love it! Thank you so much for posting all these videos. For those of us who dont have a whole lot of money spare to go to pilates classes, these are such a blessing!

    i have a question, some of these moves i cant do because im over weight like the one with the butt in the air, i have a exercise ball could that help, ive done the butt in the air with it before, will i still get the same results

    Really good core-exercises! I work out alot but core-exercises I have like only 4 of them, so now I can expand that area! It’s much more fun that way :)

    hi.. i want to ask you? a question.. which exercises should be done daily (6 days a week) to lose muffin tops, stubborn lower belly pooch big thighs. i’ve a huge collection of exercises which i try to fit all of them in my exercise time (1-2hr) everyday.may be that is why im not seeing results? as i am doing only 1 set of all those exercises.. so pls create a video on this pls…
