    Instead of dumbells i put my hands under some heavy furniture like a table or couch. It worked for me!!!!!

    This is good for someone who’s fairly fit to begin with, like the girl here… but I have clients at the gym who have huge beer bellies, or tons of fat in their mid-section, so for them this is almost impossible to do…

    haha! me too! but I’m sure I’m worse because I couldn’t find anything except the drawer (which is really funny and risky) haha

    I think they were 20 lbs each? They should be heavy enough that they are not moving during the exercise.
