ive notice that my shoudlers arent alligned with eachother, one is slightly higher than the other. i happen to believe this is because i lean on my left side alot. are deads and hyper extentions something i should avoid before i correct my posture?

hey dtorres101 I am very thankful for this video, I also have “how to treat your own back” I am only 21 and I can’t sit for more then 5-10 minutes with out discomfort. I am in good shape, and my question is do you have any strength training tips for upper or mid back, all I see on the web is cure for lower back pain. I have all three pains lower mid and upper and was curious if you have any tips for me? Thanks.

Thank you! It has really helped. The pull ups that you said to leave out made me laugh - I can’t even pull myself off the ground once let alone bounce up and down like you. Please put up more - perhaps for abs etc as these are critical to creating core strength and holding the back in place. I don’t want a six pack - a party barrel (Keg) will do!

its always better to something rather than nothing, walking is low impact and uses you whole body…try walking over the woods instead of just sidewalk/pavement it is more varied and more taxing.

10 minutes LOL…only if you only just starting out and really unfit
you should be doin 30 mins of walkin or like 10 mins of jogging…but any exercise doin it correctly is good for all ur muscles and health

I never eat or drink anything white (milke, cheese…etc) which means I don’t have enough calsium in my body..(sometimes I take it as pills)..
and though I’m only 20 years old I’m starting to feel pain in my lower back and my chest bones,,
I hope this exercise help me a little..

HI. i hurt my lower back shoulder pressing a while ago and it hasn’t healed properly since. It has been very annoying as i haven’t been able to do a lot of exercises which is terrible when you are building up for rugby in my case.
i tried your exercises and they have been working very well, even after 2 weeks!
    keep up the goooood work!

I love you so^23 much. I pulled a muscle or something while doing a seated row completely wrong when I was younger, and now as I’m learning the correct technique for squats, cleans, etc. my lower back had seriously been aggravating me. Already I can tell it’s helping a lot to strengthen these trunk muscles. I’ll try to remember to report back in a month or so.
