    Panda - Taebo is a good cardio workout. Also the stretch bands you can buy at Walmart or Modells from Gold’s Gym come with a pretty neat work out. Doing just one work out won’t get you in shape. Lots of cardio and a great diet will help you get where you wan’t to go.

    You cannot target a specific area to lose from. Your body decides that. Start exercising and eating healthy, and maybe your body will decide to lose from your arms first, then thighs, then stomach, ect. It’s all just how your body describes. You can target where to add muscle, but not to lose.
    It’s the truth.

    Losing 10 pounds a week is very dangerous….any health book will say only lose 3 pounds max per week

    even though i wish i could lose more than 3 pounds per week. it is unhealthy. you have like this cushion under your kidney. If you lose more than that per week this damages the cushion.
    I’ve lost more than 10 pounds per week due to stress twice. And i gained them back since “fast loss means fast gain” and trust me it happened to me. I gained them really fast. And i’m worried that i have damaged the cushion under my kidney. I hope i didn’t though

    For me i dropped from 200 to like 170 in 2months :O That was exircise everyday an not eating. like i mean i stayed going by ALOT of water and diet pills. =_= but now i weight like 150ish and it wont go down anymore… Im getting annoyed

    losing 10lbs and staying healthy isn’t feasible. you’ll lose a lot the first few weeks, but that’s mostly your body getting rid of al the toxins. i lost 25 lbs. in two months, and that was through a workout almost every day, and a low-fat diet.

    any amount of weight loss is good as long as you replenish your body with loads of water and vitamins you lose during the workout process. i suggest not over exercising your self cause you could strain out your muscles. play it save and know that you have to do everything little by little and just not on week will make you look like a model
