maybe you should try the beginner level..this is advanced, and if you have any problems with your spine or back, that”s gonna hurt too, not just your abs..

im 5′0 and 120lbs. i feel like i need to lose about 10 pounds, will this help me lose weight…?

If Icould tuck my knees to my chest I would be able to do this exercise….lol
