appreciate the video….i didnt quite have a heavy hangover (just three beers, a small sake and two shots of whisky the pervious night - with food and water in between) Nevertheless, it did make me feel slightly better. Would be nice if it the video had some more wake up / energizing stuff (for novices). Those black shorts from the morning yoga session would also help with concentration ; ) ……(srry couldnt help myself….) Cheers….
