No, but it’s a start. When anxiety hits if you do not regulate your breathing you cut oxygen to your brain, making it even harder to figure out what is causing the anxiety, and how to get out of it. I wasn’t feeling saying “release” either. I find it’s just as effective without

watch?v=2_a-Yh5FTaE rating disabled… and the video pretty much sucks… if you saw inner images it was because you must have smoked pot.

By the way, this Breathing relaxation is really good!!

Everyone should do this kind of stuff daily! Most of us really need it. The most powerfull relaxation I ever tried was this one: watch?v=2_a-Yh5FTaE . 3 minutes and I was seeing inner images. You should all try!

This is a good start - learning to breath properly is a big help with Anxiety, panic and depression. I’ve suffered from all 3 - Finally went to a Yoga instructor who showed me how to breath properly - you have to be willing to put in the time to learn to breath and do deep breathing often throughout the day - not just when you get your attacks - like anything in life it requires work and time and is not a be all end all cure- just another tool to help cope with stress, anxiety, panic depression

I suffer from anxiety and stress and today I suffered from a terrible migrain all day, that might be because I’m due on my period but this still works and helps you untense. I find it hard to relax my neck and head muscles.
