that was AWESOME I haven’t worked out in like 7 months and this workout was perfect I felt the burn and broke a sweat but I still could get up off the floor by myself -=)

you just need to lift your shoulder blades higher off the ground
how many times do i have to do this untill i see results?
my neck hurt when i was doing those things where you put one hand over another and reach for your knees, how do you prevent that?
