I really don´t think she can do them herself, if she could she would have!

  4. cscjumper on May 19th, 2009 3:51 am

i wouldnt say that she cant do them, it just looks like its harder for her to continue talking while doing them, obviously you dont want to be talking while you do them. but it does look like she is putting a lot of effort but her form is perfect in doing them which is key

She seems to be pulling her neck up, causing strain, as well, and that can’t be right?

You dont get abs by doing crunches. You gotta run to get fat off first. takes dedication. Run 30 minutes to fat off then do these.

K3roskey is right, you can have strong abs but if that one little (or not) layer of fat on your stomach is there you won’t see them. Your body uses sugar and fats for energy (you consume food and then its sugar is first metabolically broken down and used by your body…if you didn’t have to use it all, your body stores it as fat, same from excess energy from too many carbohydrates). The fat is broken down through oxigenation…(continues)
